Meet Jennifer Grimes

Owner, Master Stylist & Educator

Hi, I’m Jennifer — the heart behind Jennifer On Mane Studio & Spa. For more than three decades, I’ve built my career around one simple belief: when you feel beautiful, you shine differently.

I opened my first salon at just twenty-two and have poured my love for creativity, connection, and education into every stage of this journey. Jennifer believes great hair begins with trust, artistry, and heart. Her chair is a place where clients feel seen, valued, and confident  and her salon is a reflection of that same warmth and purpose.

Behind the chair, I focus on creating healthy, dimensional hair that feels effortless and real. As a mentor and licensed educator, I also teach CEU and professional development classes designed to help stylists grow, refine their craft, and build confident, successful careers in this ever-changing industry.

When I’m not at the salon, you’ll find me with my family and my golden retriever Bentley the little joys that keep my heart full and my creativity inspired.
